About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Engagement Manager to join our Strategy & Management Consulting team In Saudi Arabia. The Engagement Manager will lead consulting projects across diverse industries, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives for our clients. The Engagement Manager will support the sales process, and the animation of Riyadh Office. This role combines strategic thinking, project leadership, and client relationship management to deliver tangible results and lasting value.

Projects can be about Strategy, Operating model, benchmarks, process re-engineering, organizational transformation, IT System follow-up, etc.

You will work on topics such as: Supply chain, Procurement, Local Content, Corporate Finance, Facility Management, IT Advisory, Artificial Intelligence, ESG, etc.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the end-to-end execution of consulting engagements, from scoping and planning to delivery and presentation of final recommendations.

· Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality analysis, structured problem-solving, and timely deliverables.

· Contribute to the sales process in Saudi Arabia by developing impactful presentations, analyzing and framing client requests, and ensuring timely follow-up on business opportunities.

· Identify new business opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to the firm’s growth.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers.

· Support the development of strategies, operating models, and transformation plans aligned with client objectives and Vision 2030 aspirations

· Ensure effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance throughout project life cycles.

· Mentor junior consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professional development.

Qualifications

· Excellent academic records within a Master’s degree in either Economics, Engineering and/or Business Administration from a reputable university

· 5 years to 10 years relevant work experience in Consulting environment, ideally with a top-tier Management Consulting Firm (or similar organization)

· Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking

· Great personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities)

· Project and process management skills, with expertise prioritizing and managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

· Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented focus

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills in front of senior level clients
