Job Title: HR Transformation & OD Consulting Assistant Manager/ Manager


Job Summary:

Job Purpose :

The HR Transformation and OD Consulting Manager/Assistant Manager will manage client’s HR and organizational development initiatives, including HR operating models, organizational design, workforce planning, and policy enhancement, driving alignment with business strategy and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and implementation of organizational development projects related to HR Operating Model, Organizational Structure Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Strategy, HR Policies and Procedures, that drive strategy execution and functional effectiveness.
  • Manage client engagements and major change initiatives, building organizational capabilities, driving adoption, and enabling sustainable transformation.
  • Drive business growth through thought leadership, client relationships, and contribution to proposals and market positioning initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven +8 of experience related to human capital transformation, HR operating models, organizational development, strategic workforce planning, HR policies and procedures, with at least 2 years of previous consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements, lead workstreams or projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and multicultural teams.
  • Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications in human resources (e.g., PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD5, CIPD7) are a plus.
