Description :

  • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.

  • Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.

  • Evaluate financial impact of design or scope changes and report findings.

  • Review and verify subcontractor invoices and purchase orders.

  • Support procurement, contracts, and finance teams in cost-related matters.

  • Perform earned value analysis (EVA) to measure project performance.

  • Ensure all cost data is accurately updated in Oracle / ERP systems.

  • Maintain documentation of cost control procedures and reports.

  • Assist in monthly cost review meetings and management reporting.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering.


Requirements
:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Construction, or Industrial Engineering.

  • 3–6 years of experience in cost control within construction or infrastructure projects.

  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems for cost tracking and reporting.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with project management and budgeting concepts.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
