Responsibilities

Factory Operations

• Oversee day-to-day factory floor activities.
• Operate and perform basic troubleshooting of machinery.
• Operate EOT cranes (training will be provided).
• Lead and coordinate teams of workers.
• Maintain stock, handle loading and unloading.
• Supervise workflow and ensure safety compliance.
• Billing Using Tally Prime

Additional Opportunities for Capable Candidates

• Work on in-house software development projects using Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js.
• Learn and work with Delta PLC-based automation systems.
• Gain skills in ladder programming, HMI screen development, control panel wiring, and VFD-based motor control.
• Machine Development

Eligibility

• Education: 10th or 12th grade with Mathematics grade A or A+ or B+ mandatory
• Strong aptitude and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn both mechanical and software skills.
• Team player with leadership potential.
