What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Engineer - Process Engineering who will join our team at Dryer Plant.

• Be responsible for plastic injection molding related continuous improvement (e.g. cycle time, scrap, quality, material cost reduction, etc.),
• Coordinate, support and monitor the implementation of projects, process activities and requirements till serial production,
• Provide technical support for supplier production process problems,
• Manage / plan cost-saving, quality improvement projects,
• Manage mold and supplier capacity.
  
  
  

The position is located in Çerkezköz, Tekirdağ .

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
• Experience in plastic injection process and molds is a plus,
• Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Able to think broadly about business,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
• Curious about market trends and new technologies,
• Open to a culture of innovation,
