• Ensure that assembly and process lines operate continuously and efficiently in accordance with production plans, and coordinate communication between relevant departments and teams.
• Maintain seamless progress in production processes by ensuring coordination and information flow between all relevant units.
• Ensure that subcontractors and production teams comply with occupational safety rules, conduct necessary inspections, and ensure that occupational health and safety (OHS) training are fully completed.
• Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate actions to resolve them, providing solutions and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure production is carried out in accordance with quality standards, respond immediately to quality issues, and optimize quality processes.
• Manage communication and coordination activities related to production, ensuring smooth information flow between departments such as planning, human resources, and maintenance teams.
• Regularly assess equipment and machinery maintenance needs, coordinating with the relevant teams to carry out necessary maintenance activities.
• Continuously monitor production performance; analyze production, breakdown, downtime, and workforce data to prepare reports and provide improvement suggestions.
• Ensure the effective implementation of productivity-enhancing systems such as TPM and 5S, and actively participate in related projects.
• Evaluate employee performance in production processes, identify development needs, and monitor development plans.
• Track employee working hours, manage efficiency improvement efforts, and organize overtime schedules.
• Ensure that the systems used in production comply with the ISO 9001 quality management standard and other relevant standards, ensuring sustainability and coordination across all processes.
• Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and Beko OHS procedures in all areas of responsibility, and oversee the application of safety protocols.
• Work in compliance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Calculation standards to ensure the sustainability of environmental processes.
• Conduct production activities in accordance with national and international legal regulations and standards related to the environment and chemicals, coordinating with relevant units to meet these obligations.

This position is located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
  Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
