Engineering Review during Project Execution
Provide mechanical engineering support to :

• Review/approve engineering submittals made by Contractors during project

execution & ensure compliance to Tabreed’ technical performance

• Resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution

Asset Document Management
Provide mechanical engineering support to:

• Establish & manage process to maintain accurate & up to date technical

information (Master As Built) of operating assets.

• Make effective use of Tabreed’s Document Management System to

store/retrieve Master-As Built Drawings

Tender Process Management:
Provide mechanical engineering support to

• Prepare technical tender package for new tenders
• Obtain feedback from relevant stakeholders (O&M, Customer, HSE etc) on

technical tender package & incorporate changes as may be required

• Perform review of technical submissions by bidders

No Objection Certificate (NOC) Process Management

• Review NOC applications submitted by various entities
• Escalate to management, any activities mentioned in NOC application that

could pose threat to the safety & integrity of Tabreed’s operating assets &
propose adequate technical control measures to mitigate/eliminate such risk.

• Communicate with all stakeholders (HSE, O&M etc) on any potential risks

associated with an NOC application to Tabreed’s Assets

• Prepare status report to management as per NOC procedure

A. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

B. Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in managing third party contactors in the execution of projects.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Skilled in the use of engineering software.
• Project Management experience.
• Engineering principles.
