What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D (Motor Drive) who will join our team at Manisa Plants.

• Participate in R&D projects for developing new products,
• Develop, maintain, and improve washing machine control software and drive systems for washingmachines,
• Create new algorithms from control data in order to build knowledge and use business insights to havean impact on the washing machine business.

This position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related areas,
• Having a Master's Degree will be a plus,
• Knowledge of electrical machines especially PMSM,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electric motor design, power electronics, or embedded software development (preferably in household appliances).
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and system peripherals (ADC, PWM, I2C, UART, DMA),
• Knowledge of C programming and embedded systems,
• Having experience using GIT as a revision control system,
• Knowledge of system modeling and control methodologies,
• Experience with simulation tools such as Matlab and Simulink on control algorithms is a plus,
• Knowledge, understanding and experience with general mechanical system dynamics such as oscillating,rotating systems is a plus
• Knowledge of analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems (FMEA, 6Sigma, etc.),
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and implementation in Python
• Ability to work with tight deadlines,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
