Engineer / Senior Engineer, Controls (HVAC/ACMV/BMS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle project coordination, which includes installation and termination of the DDC, sensors, field devices with necessary cable containment, conduit/trunking.
• Cold loop and hot loop testing of controller communication, various IO points for all the sensors, field devices, damper actuators, etc.
• Point test and functional test to work together with graphics and programming team
• Project handover and training to operation/maintenance team
• As built documentation, operation and maintenance manual

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with knowledge of building automation systems.
• Minimum 3 years experience in building management system with experience in BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus of ACMV system and all the other building system verticals.
• BMS practical work experience understanding ACMV system, electrical equipment involved in various system, installation and commissioning process.
• Possess strong written communication skills required for the documentation related to building management system.
• Knowledge of building automation systems.
• Committed, responsible and able to work independently. Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly.
