- Assist the Manager in overseeing PAN India Customer Support Services for security surveillance systems across Defence, MNCs, and sectors such as infrastructure, oil & gas, and telecommunications.
- Possess prior experience in Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of security surveillance equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unique customer issues and concerns effectively.
- Provide on-site technical support for installation, operation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant documentation for product installations and customer interactions.
- Conduct customer training sessions on proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships by delivering timely and effective technical support.
- Gather technical feedback during field visits and share insights with the product development team to drive product and service improvements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on field activities, technical challenges, and customer feedback to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
