Job Overview:
Mohandss LLC is looking for a highly organized and proactive Engineering Coordinator to support engineering projects and ensure smooth coordination between teams, stakeholders, and project phases. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering projects, schedules, and documentation across departments
• Act as a liaison between engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients
• Track project progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Maintain and organize technical documents, drawings, and reports
• Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and technical submissions
• Monitor compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Support procurement processes by coordinating with vendors and suppliers
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Identify and help resolve project coordination issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 2–4 years of experience in engineering coordination, project support, or a similar role
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and project workflows
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with project management or engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar tools is a plus)
