Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Doha. This role is essential in supporting engineering operations, ensuring smooth project coordination, and maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities, schedules, and project timelines
• Support project managers and engineering teams with administrative and technical tasks
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and drawings
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication
• Track project progress and assist in resolving operational challenges
• Manage procurement coordination, materials tracking, and vendor communication
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of project updates and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in engineering coordination, project support, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with engineering documentation and technical terminology
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project or similar)
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in engineering environments
