Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project management team
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering back office, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment and technical compliance.
• Drive innovation, standardization, and optimization in engineering processes.
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.).
• Interface with clients and consultants to address technical issues and ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical field).
• 10-15 years of experience in EPC project engineering, preferably in Mining, Steel, or Cement industries.
• Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of project engineering, design standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
