FEED & Technical Leader (Engineering Manager) - (Onshore/Offshor

Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a FEED & Technical Leader (Engineering Manager) - (Onshore/Offshore) work in our PMS project. The role is accountable for the management of the engineering team deployed on various projects. Engineering support is given to Project Management team who acts on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and delivers the program of projects.

The FEED & Technical Leader will also be heavily involved in review of early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2) produced by KJO front end development department.

The position is to be based in Khafji in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & Other locations.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills) Required

• At least 15 years of prior experience in the FEED, EPC as well as front end part of the engineering development (FEL1 and FEL2) for onshore and offshore upstream projects - (Onshore/Offshore).
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications:

• An Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline.
