The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Manager with a strong mechanical and electrical background to lead the full scope of MEP activities for large-scale Data Centre design and build projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from design coordination and engineering to procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning — ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works for data centre projects across design and build phases. • Coordinate MEP design development with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. • Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. • Review and approve detailed MEP design drawings, calculations, and technical submittals. • Ensure full integration of mechanical systems (HVAC, cooling, and fire protection) and electrical systems (power distribution, UPS, and lighting). • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress of MEP installations. • Manage the testing, commissioning, and handover process for all MEP systems. • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and commercial issues efficiently. • Enforce compliance with local authority regulations, international standards, and company policies. • Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers and subcontractors.
