Engineering Manager

About the Role

We’re a growing tech company building mission-critical software for Telecom and Finance players. Our teams work on two major stacks — C# for finance solutions and Java for telecom OSS and infrastructure systems.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who can bring people together, connect technology and business, and help us scale our engineering culture. You’ll lead C# and Java engineering teams as well as QA and Business Analysis functions — in total around 15+ talented people. Your role will shape both how we build and how we deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow engineering, QA, and BA teams — building a culture of trust, ownership, and

collaboration.

• Manage performance reviews, career development, hiring, and team structure planning.

• Ensure high quality deliveries: scope, timeline, budget, risk management

• Drive collaboration between dev teams, QA, BA, DevOps, and Product functions.

• Shape technical and delivery strategy in close partnership with Tech Leads, Delivery Leads and Project

Managers.

• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Ensure delivery predictability, transparency, and measurable impact.

• Be a bridge between project vision and technical execution.

• Serve as escalation point for technical, operational, and people challenges

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years in a leadership / people management role

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering organizations (backend, QA, BA).

• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, test strategies

• 5+ years in the telecommunications industry with exposure to OSS/BSS and infrastructure operations.

• Hands on experience of OSS/BSS architecture, integrations, and key domains:

• Fault, configuration, and performance management

• Service fulfillment & assurance

• Network inventory and activation systems

• Familiarity with TM Forum standards and ITIL frameworks.

• Experience with financial / banking software is a plus

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

• Fluency in English
