Job Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Yanbu, KSA

Industry: EPC - based project (1 year contract)

About the Role:

You will lead all engineering and design aspects of the project, ensuring work aligns with schedules and technical specifications. You will coordinate with contractors, Owner Engineer, government authorities , and other stakeholders, while supporting procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning activities .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and engineering activities across the project lifecycle
• Review, approve, and manage engineering documents and design submissions
• Coordinate with contractors, Owner Engineer, and authorities for timely project delivery
• Provide technical solutions for design/engineering issues
• Support procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning with engineering inputs
• Ensure compliance with international standards and KSA-specific codes

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Power preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing engineering for wind projects, MV/HV substations, or grid interfaces
• Hands-on experience with EPC project processes and stakeholder management
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
• Fluent in English; KSA code knowledge is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work in remote locations
