Engineering Manager

A leading EPC firm that recently won an exciting project with a supermajor is seeking a Topside Engineering Manager to lead offshore topsides design. You will manage engineering execution for floating platforms , coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, oversee 3D models and design reviews, and ensure design quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a high-profile project and influence engineering outcomes on complex offshore facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering
• 15–20 years in offshore topsides design, including floating platforms
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, client/Class interfaces, and subcontractors
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural EPC environment and manage risk and ambiguity
