Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Engineering Manager to join our team! The role involves engineering design management for a prestigious project in Riyadh to manage the design and support construction of infrastructure and public realm.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provides management and direction for the design of a large and complex public realm design package inclusive of the infrastructure, roads and utilities as part of our Clients Delivery Team.

• This role requires the management of the clients appointed design team and management of engineering through construction

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Able to solve complex problems and provide suitable solutions.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience

• Enthusiastic and able to drive projects to completion.

• Flexible ready to take on and overcome new challenges.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Proven ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in Design and Construction.

• Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and the capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments.
