Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of modern, cloud-based software solutions. This role combines technical leadership, people management, solution design, and strong project execution. The ideal candidate will build high-performing teams and drive predictable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business and enterprise architecture goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for scalable, secure applications across Azure and AWS.
• Drive API-first and event-driven architectures, including governance and lifecycle management.
• Oversee adoption of API Management platforms.
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing engineering teams consisting of both onshore and offshore team members.
• Ensure delivery predictability, quality, and alignment to business value.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and DevOps to deliver integrated solutions.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, clean code, modern architectural patterns, secure coding practices, and end-to-end observability.
• Lead technical delivery and execution of multiple concurrent product roadmap initiatives

Technical Focus

• Backend: .NET, C#, RESTful APIs, distributed systems
• Frontend: Typescript, React, Vue.js
• Cloud: Azure and AWS
• Integration: API design, API Management, event-driven architecture
• Data: SQL Server, PostgreSQL and relational modeling
• SDLC: Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

Qualifications

• 7+ years software engineering experience with modern application development.
• 3+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, API architecture, and full-stack development.
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives and build high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
