Engineering Manager with manufacturing background required for established global joint venture to provide technical knowledge and support. This includes developing the company engineering manuals in accordance with API requirements and plant engineering staffing, to be based out of their Dammam location. This position will also involve contributing to growth through manufacturing techniques selection and CAPEX/OPEX costing.

Key responsibilities included (but aren’t limited to):

• Ensure all API 15S requirement are obtained and maintained at all time
• Act as the "engineering" lead for new growth opportunities from planning, budgeting (Financial Modeling) and implementation
• Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert
• Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by
• Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects
• Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff

Required qualifications include (but aren't limited to):

• Master’s degree in engineering management or business administration preferred
• 12+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a management role
• Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
• Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track
