Job Title: Civil Engineering Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Abu Dhabi and oversee the planning, design and execution of civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technical staff
• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, buildings, drainage systems, etc.)
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and reports for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
• Ensure projects comply with UAE regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements
• Develop project budgets, timelines and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UAE infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi regulations and standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
