Engineering Manager

Education and Relevant Experience: Bachelor's degree Engineering with MBA preferred. 8-10 years of relevant experience. 4-5 years of Managerial experience is a must.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong expertise in plant maintenance & reliability engineering
• Hands-on experience with FMCG / continuous process plant
• Knowledge of MEP systems and industrial equipment
• Strong analytical skills in downtime and failure analysis
• Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving ability
• Project management and execution capability

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure machine reliability, efficiency, and performance optimization
• Drive preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies
• Supervises to ensure the strategies are implemented on schedule and effectively
• Drive CAPEX & REVEX planning and execution
• Identify and implement new technologies for performance improvement
• Manage availability of critical spare parts and consumables along with Optimize inventory based on consumption trends and criticality
• Ensures staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge; Identifies training requirements to develop subordinates
• Manages performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback and formal
• appraisal; Assists in performance management of indirect reports
• Support smooth plant operations by resolving technical bottlenecks by Collaborate with Production (for efficiency & uptime), QA (for product quality impact), Procurement (for technical sourcing), Finance (for budgeting & cost tracking)
