Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high performance environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of engineering methodologies, modern programming frameworks, and scalable architectures.
• Experience with project management, Agile methodologies, and cross functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, technology best practices, and software quality standards.
