Position Summary
Bridge Brothers is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive the workflow, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.

This role sits at the center of our engineering organization, helping ensure projects move efficiently from design through fabrication and installation. The Engineering Project Manager will manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and bring strong organization and accountability to the engineering process.

This position works closely with engineers, designers, fabrication teams, and leadership to keep projects moving and ensure deliverables align with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Workflow & Coordination
• Manage the daily workflow and scheduling of engineering projects
• Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Run regular coordination meetings to review project status and priorities
• Ensure engineering timelines align with fabrication and construction schedules
• Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions to keep projects moving

Cross-Functional Project Execution
• Coordinate closely with engineering, fabrication, project management, and field teams
• Improve handoffs between engineering, detailing, shop, and installation teams
• Help ensure engineering deliverables support efficient fabrication and project execution
• Support project planning, estimating, and value engineering discussions when needed

Process & Operational Improvement
• Help refine engineering workflows, scheduling, and project tracking systems
• Improve visibility into project progress and team workload
• Support the development of clear processes that improve engineering coordination and delivery

Qualifications

We are open to candidates from engineering, construction, manufacturing, or other technical project environments.

Strong candidates will have:

• Experience managing projects in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or design-build environments

• Experience coordinating technical teams or engineering deliverables
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Engineering degrees are not required, but familiarity with technical project environments is helpful.
