Your Mission:

Own the execution of cabinet engineering projects — from spec to install. You’ll lead planning, solve problems upstream, and drive results that actually stick. No babysitting. No red tape. Just high expectations and real authority near a smalltown near Waco or Fort Worth.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

Turn Chaos into Cabinets
Turn vague specs into real-world, buildable solutions — first shot, no rework
Run multiple complex projects without a single dropped detail
Eliminate delays, waste, and confusion before they start
Fluent in engineering, production, and completion — and keeps them all in sync Track what matters: quality, speed, cost, and repeatability Don't just improve systems — makes them bulletproof

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

Expert in CAD, production workflows, and technical problem-solving
Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Proven project leadership — no passengers here
Lean, Six Sigma, or strong ops instincts
Strong communicator who owns results and earns trust
