Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Sales Executive – Construction to drive sales and business development activities within the construction sector, with a focus on structural steel, steel fabrication, and construction projects. The role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to acquire new clients and support project growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and steel structures market
- Promote company services related to structural steel fabrication, steel construction, and erection works
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for accurate pricing and feasibility
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Track project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities
- Support tendering activities and assist in pre-contract negotiations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial terms.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Structural preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in structural steel fabrication, PEB, or industrial construction projects
- Existing client network within the UAE construction sector
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in construction or steel industry sales
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, steel structures, and project workflows
- Experience handling B2B sales, client acquisition, and negotiations
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- UAE driving license is an advantage
