Business Development Executive – Events

Location: Jeddah, Saudia Arabia

Job Type: Full-time | In-person

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing company in the events and activations industry, for the position of Business Development Executive. The role offers a fixed basic salary with an attractive commission structure for candidates who are driven to generate and close new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations
  • Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
  • Present event proposals and negotiate commercial terms
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain sales pipeline and client records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or events
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
