Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities
- Lead and manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed
- Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems
- Enforce workplace safety policies and engineering standards
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments
- Train and support engineering team members
- Monitor inventory and order engineering materials or spare parts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in engineering supervision or maintenance management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of engineering systems, equipment, and maintenance practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and reports
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, facilities management, hospitality, or industrial operations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors
Working Conditions
