Job Summary
The Host/Hostess will support event operations by welcoming guests, providing assistance, and ensuring a professional and smooth guest experience throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and directions to guests
• Support event operations and coordinate with on-site teams
• Manage guest flow and assist with crowd guidance when required
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow company standards
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns politely and efficiently
• Follow all event guidelines, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Valid QID (mandatory)
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
• Willingness to submit a short audio introduction in English
