Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an English Customer Assistance Agent. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring positive customer experiences. The agent will be responsible for maintaining clear and professional communication in English, actively working to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other teams to deliver efficient support.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
  • Ability to provide excellent Customer Experience and ensure ongoing client engagement
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Relevant work experience in customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or support software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£19,000.00 - E£22,000.00 per month
