Job Title: Online Shopper Success Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Maintain a high level of product and policy knowledge to assist customers accurately.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency: B2 or above English language skills are a must. You should be able to communicate fluently and professionally with US customers.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or college dropout status.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work from our El-Shiekh Zayed City office.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working night and overnight shifts to align with US business hours.
• Customer Service Orientation: Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and a genuine desire to help others.
