English Instructor
to support the Preparatory Year Program. The role focuses on developing students’ English proficiency, academic communication skills, and readiness for medical and healthcare education.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning

Deliver English courses (reading, writing, listening, speaking) in an engaging and structured manner

Improve students’ academic writing, grammar, and communication skills
-
Simplify concepts and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels
-
Use LMS (Blackboard) and digital tools effectively in teaching
-
Prepare and deliver assessments and track student performance
-
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic progress
Student Support
-
Provide academic guidance and support to students
-
Identify struggling students and provide targeted assistance
-
Encourage participation, confidence, and communication skills
Academic Quality & Reporting

Contribute to course development and continuous improvement

Prepare course reports and required academic documentation

Participate in student evaluations and respond to feedback
Professional Conduct & Collaboration

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field

Teaching experience in English language instruction (preferably preparatory/foundation level)

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Familiarity with LMS (Blackboard) and digital teaching tools
