Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced English Instructor to deliver language training to professionals in a customer service environment. The ideal candidate will help call center agents improve their Spanish proficiency, focusing on customer service communication, soft skills, and business etiquette. The instructor will be responsible for creating a dynamic, engaging, and practical learning experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language
to customer service agents through in-person sessions.

Develop customized
curriculum
focusing on
English for customer service
, including role-play scenarios and industry-specific vocabulary.

Assess
language proficiency
of agents and provide individualized feedback for improvement.

Conduct group sessions,
individual coaching
, and monitor student progress through tests and evaluations.

Work with the
Training and Development
team to align training sessions with customer service requirements.

Adapt teaching materials and approaches to different learning styles and professional needs.
Requirements:

Native or
near-native proficiency in English
(B2+) (C1)

Experience
in delivering English development courses to students.

language assessments
and track learner progress.
