About the Role:

COTHM is looking for a dynamic and confident English Language & Personality Development Trainer who can inspire students to enhance their communication, confidence, and professional image. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and experience in soft skills or personality development training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive sessions on English language (spoken & written).
  • Train students in personality grooming, public speaking, and professional etiquette.
  • Design and deliver engaging training materials and activities.
  • Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Encourage confidence-building and communication improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in English, Communication, or Education).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or training experience in English communication or soft skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong presentation and motivational skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and student-focused personality.
