Position Objective:
To develop students’ English language proficiency by improving their speaking, reading, and listening skills through engaging, interactive, and learner-centered teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective English lessons focusing on speaking, reading, and listening development.
• Conduct daily speaking activities such as role plays, conversations, debates, and presentations to enhance fluency and confidence.
• Implement reading sessions to strengthen comprehension, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Integrate listening exercises through audio lessons, storytelling, and multimedia tools to improve understanding and response skills.
• Encourage students to communicate in English both inside and outside the classroom.
• Provide regular feedback on students’ pronunciation, grammar, and comprehension skills.
• Design and assess oral, reading, and listening assessments to track student progress.
• Create an English-rich classroom environment that motivates students to use the language naturally.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers to promote English usage across all subjects.
• Organize English language activities such as speech competitions, reading circles, and listening quizzes.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong command of English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use interactive and modern teaching methods.
• Creativity in designing language-based activities for different learning levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or Linguistics (Master’s preferred).
• TEFL/TESOL certification (an advantage).
• Prior experience in teaching English communication skills at school level.
