English Language Training Instructor

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and desirable atmosphere within the classroom to ensure student participation and motivation.
• Maintain a high degree of discipline within the classroom to ensure maximum learning.
• Work toward meeting RSAF and ELTS goals and be a team player in achieving its objectives.
• Record, maintain and forward daily class attendance, student records and student progress to the appropriate ELTS management office.
• Prepare and conduct class and lab lessons according to RSAF framework and procedures, including comprehensive daily lesson plans.

Requirements

• At least 3 years full time experience in an EFL/ESL setting with adult learners.
• Recent experience with the last position having been within one year.
• Computer literate.
