New Aligarh Degree College (NADC) invites applications from eligible, qualified, and competent candidates for the position of Lecturer in English on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Teaching undergraduate courses as prescribed by the University of the Punjab
  • Course planning, assessment, and student mentoring
  • Participation in academic research, curriculum development, and quality enhancement activities

Minimum Qualification (HEC Criteria):

  • M.Phil (18 years of education) in English Literature or Linguistics from an HEC recognized institution
  • Undergraduate teaching experience will be preferred for affiliated colleges

Required Skills:

  • Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Research orientation and academic professionalism
