• Deliver a range of undergraduate courses across the sports science curriculum (e.g., exercise physiology, biomechanics, sport psychology). • Develop engaging and effective teaching materials for both lectures and practical laboratory sessions. • Lead practical/laboratory sessions, ensuring student understanding of key scientific principles and techniques. • Focus on excellence in teaching and student mentorship, providing academic and career guidance. • Assess student learning through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback. • Participate actively in curriculum development and review. • Contribute to departmental, college, and university service committees. Qualifications • Education: PhD (preferred) or Master's degree in Sport Science, Exercise Science, or a closely related discipline. • Experience: o Significant experience in teaching undergraduate-level sports science courses at the university level. o Demonstrated ability in leading practical and laboratory-based classes. o Experience in student mentoring and academic advising. • Skills: o Broad knowledge across multiple sub-disciplines of sports science. o Excellent pedagogical skills with a commitment to student-centered learning. o Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and educational technology to enhance teaching. o Proficiency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
