English Nursery Teacher

Egypt Education Platform is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Nursery Teacher to join one of our entities at Trillium - the Montessori House. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong ability to create a positive and enriching learning environment that nurtures young learners' development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in English that promote language acquisition, social skills, and cognitive growth.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and self-expression among children.
• Assess students' progress through observational methods and adjust teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of each child.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging cooperation, respect, and effective communication.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and implement engaging activities and events for children and their families.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to refine teaching practices and stay current with early childhood education trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a nursery or preschool setting.
• Teaching qualification favorable, with a deep understanding of child development principles and early years education practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching with a commitment to nurturing a loving and supportive environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
