English Teacher

Job Summary:

The English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students, developing their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills while fostering a love for the subject through engaging and interactive lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities.
• Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Provide individual support and extra help to struggling students.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication in students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Organize and participate in English-related activities, debates, and competitions.
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
• Stay updated on modern teaching methodologies and educational resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or Education.
• Strong command of English grammar and literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
