English Teacher

Location: Ballari, Karnataka

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) to join our faculty as an English Teacher for classes 6th to 10th. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, have a strong command of the English language, and possess a deep understanding of the CBSE syllabus for middle and secondary grades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the CBSE curriculum standards for English.
• Instruct students in grades 6th to 10th, preparing them for board examinations.
• Assess and evaluate students' performance through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills, literary analysis, and creative writing.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development sessions.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) with English as a subject in all three years from a recognized university.
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university is mandatory.
• Must have qualified for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II or a state-level TET.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience teaching English in a recognized CBSE school is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using modern teaching aids and technology.
