Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute lessons in English language and literature, adhering to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and conducive classroom environment.
• Student Support: Identify students requiring additional support and implement individualized learning plans.
• Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development.
