Required Qualifications & Experience:

● A bachelor’s degree in the subject to be taught.

● Valid teaching certification in the subject to be taught.

● Native-speaker English competency (Minimum IELTS test score of 7.5 in every part and 8 in speaking).

● 1-2 years of teaching experience in the field of certification at the high school level.

● Demonstrable ESL/EFL/EAL experience.

● Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.

● A proven life-long learner.

● Experience in coordinating meaningful extra/co-curricular activities.

● Ability to integrate EdTech, blended learning, and Assessment for Learning.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

● An M.Ed. or Ph.D. in the subject to be taught.

● Experience of teaching the IB Diploma.
