Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic English Tutor to inspire learners of all ages and backgrounds to develop their language skills. Responsibilities

• Develop customized curriculum plans that align with students’ individual needs, goals, and proficiency levels in English.
• Deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching techniques, including multimedia tools and interactive activities.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a respectful, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
• Incorporate technology and digital resources to enhance literacy education and facilitate remote or hybrid learning sessions.
• Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions; adjust lesson plans accordingly.
• Support students with special educational needs by applying appropriate accommodations and instructional strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with students by providing encouragement, constructive feedback, and cultural sensitivity—especially when working with children or diverse populations such as Mandarin, French, Japanese, or other language speakers.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience in early childhood education, preschool settings, or literacy education is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in tutoring or teaching English as a second language (ESL), including working with children or students with special educational needs.
• Knowledge of curriculum development principles and lesson planning techniques tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital tools used for online or blended instruction.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including multilingual learners who speak Mandarin, French, Japanese or other languages.
• Strong writing skills for creating clear instructional materials and assessments.
