<Responsibilities>

• Design and implement tailored lesson plans that align with students’ goals and learning styles, incorporating curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate interactive lessons.
• Deliver effective tutoring sessions in English, focusing on literacy education, writing skills, and language comprehension.
• Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning, especially when working with children or students with special education needs.
• Assess student progress regularly through assessments and feedback, adjusting lesson plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support students’ language development by integrating additional languages such as Mandarin, French, Japanese, or other relevant languages when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson documentation to track growth and inform future instruction.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring English across diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms used for remote or hybrid instruction.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
• Experience working with children or in early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of special education strategies to support learners with unique needs is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities such as Mandarin, French, Japanese or other languages are advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with students from different cultural backgrounds and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
