After years of seeing brokers and employees struggle with rising healthcare costs, low engagement, and technology that didn’t speak their language, this client set out to become what they wished existed: a true behind-the-scenes partner who empowers brokers and supports employees every step of the way.
We are helping them to find Enrollment Counselors to support group benefits enrollments across employer sites in the Lexington and Louisville areas. This is a non-sales role focused on helping employees navigate their benefit options during open enrollment.

Requirements

Active Life & Health Insurance License (must have)

Prior experience working with employer groups preferred

Ability and flexibility to travel between Lexington & Louisville worksites

Reliable laptop/workstation to bring on site
Responsibilities

Travel to employer sites and guide employees through their benefits enrollment questions

Provide clear, accurate information — no selling involved

Deliver on-site support starting Oct 15 (work hours may range between 8am–10pm, but never exceed 8 hours/day)

Support a mix of on-site and remote call center enrollment during the weeks of Oct 27 and Nov 3
