Key Responsibilities:

• Ignite Enrollment Growth: Bring new families on board with your stellar sales skills and engaging tours.
• Foster Lasting Connections: Build and maintain positive relationships with families and staff to boost retention.
• Master the Art of Communication: Keep families informed and excited about our programs through calls, emails, and personalized follow-ups.
• Implement Winning Strategies: Collaborate with our Regional Manager and Executive Director to create impactful marketing and enrollment plans.
• Maximize Capacity and Profitability: Fill our centers to capacity while ensuring an excellent experience for every child and family.
