Enterprise Account Manager -AI & HPC

Location: UAE & GCC | Division: ASUS Middle East & Africa (MEA)


ASUS MEA is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to lead the expansion of our server solutions portfolio across large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles involving multi-product solutions, with a particular strength in building strategic relationships at the C-level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption and influence of ASUS’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) portfolio within public, governmental, and enterprise sectors across the UAE and GCC.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients while proactively identifying and engaging new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions that meet client needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue billing targets and pipeline development goals.
  • Continuously refine the sales strategy through innovative approaches and market insights.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5–6 years of proven success in enterprise sales, business development, or a related role within the IT or data center sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, Engineering , Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success selling technology solutions to manufacturing, corporate, or public-sector clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills, with an executive-level presence.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural and dynamic setting.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
