Enterprise Applications Manager

Job Summary:
The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications that support the organization’s business processes. This role ensures optimal performance, integration, and security of software applications while leading a team of technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other business systems).
  • Lead a team of application specialists, developers, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure systems meet organizational needs.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and manage application budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
  • Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Plan and execute software upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to users and teams.
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing enterprise applications and IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, business processes, and software lifecycle management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and integration tools is a plus.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or system-specific certifications) are advantageous.
